J. Parker Jackson (you can also call her MJ) is a speculative writer from Kansas City, MO with a love for creating rich and detailed worlds. In 2022, she began the beginnings of what would become the ever-growing world of the Legends of the Stolen Prophecy. She plans to publish stories from Legends as well as several others outside of this world.

MJ is a member of OutLines Writing Group—a queer friendly group that she founded in 2025. The group was born out of a want to build a local and accessible community of writers. MJ hopes to continue to grow the group, with plans for an online magazine in the future. Outside of writing, she has worked as an educator and an advisor, and is the parent to two very behaviorally-challenged cats.
